GLRI Project Grant Reporting Requirements
Under your Agreement, the Grantee shall provide written progress reports, on a quarterly basis. Quarterly progress reports are due five days after the end of the quarter. The report will include the following three forms:
Please note in the body of the e-mail what forms are attached. Please do not make PDFs of these files for submission. Your files are combined with the other projects to produce a consolidated report for USDA. Combining PDFs is time consuming and difficult. Completed forms are to be e-mailed to Gary Overmier at email@example.com.
